Online Classes

If you need to cancel before a batch starts, message us on WhatsApp to discuss a refund or transfer to a later batch. Refund eligibility once classes have begun will be confirmed with you directly, based on how much of the course has been delivered.

Test Subscriptions

Refund eligibility for subscription access is confirmed at the time of purchase, since access to digital content may begin immediately.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp with your name and enrolment details, and we’ll confirm the outcome and process directly with you.
