Submit writingTea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world after water. According to legend, it was first discovered in China around 2737 BCE, when leaves from a wild tree blew into the cup of the emperor Shen Nong. By the time of the Tang dynasty, tea had become a national drink, and the first known book devoted entirely to tea was written during this period. Traders later carried tea along the Silk Road, and by the seventeenth century it had reached Europe, where it quickly became fashionable among the wealthy before spreading to every level of society.
1. According to the passage, tea is the world's most consumed drink after which beverage?
2. During which dynasty did the first book entirely about tea appear?
3. By which century had tea reached Europe?

Founder & Lead Trainer · English Learning Point
My story
I've spent the last ten years teaching English and preparing students for IELTS and PTE. Over that time I learned a simple truth: most capable students in Pakistan don't fail because their English is weak — they fail because nobody taught them how the test actually works.
Alongside my exam coaching, I've worked in English-language teacher development connected to British Council–linked training in Punjab, mentoring teachers on classroom practice and language instruction. That experience shaped how I teach today: structured, evidence-based, and focused on the habits that genuinely move a band score.
"English isn't the obstacle. Exam strategy is. That's what I fix."
