OET Nursing Grade B

NMC UK requires Grade B in all 4 OET sub-tests (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking). This is a minimum Grade B — higher grades are not required. If you achieve B in 3 sub-tests but C+ in one, you can re-sit that single sub-test. Scores are valid for 2 years and can be combined across sittings.

In the general OET course, role-plays cover all professions — some medicine, some pharmacy, some nursing. In the OET Nursing specialist course, every single role-play is nursing-specific: assessment, medication, wound care, discharge, breaking bad news. You do 60 nursing role-plays instead of 15. It's significantly more focused.

Yes. Many ELP OET Nursing students are Pakistani nurses already working in the UK or Australia on temporary registration who need to pass OET for full NMC or AHPRA registration. All classes are Zoom-based. Flexible timing for UK (evening 7–9pm PKT = 3–5pm UK) or Australia (morning 6–8am PKT = 11am–1pm AEST).
