All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistan students and Saudi Riyal (SAR) for Saudi Arabia students. Prices include all applicable course materials and WhatsApp support. Payment is required in full before course commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
3. Refund Policy
ELP offers a results guarantee: if you attend all scheduled sessions, submit all assigned homework, and your official exam band score does not improve after completing the course, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your official exam results. No refund is available for students who missed sessions or did not complete assigned work.
4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All study materials, recorded sessions, notes, templates, and resources provided as part of ELP courses are the intellectual property of EnglishLearningPoint.com and Mudasser Iqbal. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish these materials without written permission.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful communication in all live sessions and WhatsApp groups. ELP reserves the right to remove any student from a course without refund if they engage in harassment, abusive language, or behaviour that disrupts the learning environment of others.
6. Free Resources and Blog Content
Free resources, blog posts, PDFs, and practice tests provided on this website are for personal, non-commercial use only. While we make every effort to keep information accurate, ELP makes no guarantees regarding specific exam outcomes from using free materials alone.
7. Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure
This website may display Google AdSense advertisements and contain affiliate links to third-party products. ELP earns a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. All recommendations are honest and independent of any commercial arrangement.
8. Limitation of Liability
